Concept: CoMeTA is an opportunity of meeting and sharing ideas among emerging european researchers, enhanced by the interaction with a small group of experts. We plan to organize talks, poster sessions, and thematic discussions. The proceedings of the conference will be published in the "Springer INdAM series". We particularly welcome young researchers, and female researchers.

Venue: “Il Palazzone” is a beautiful Renaissance palace, whose frescoed halls have hosted several important scientifical events. It is located in Cortona, one of the most well-preserved medieval cities in Tuscany, on a hilltop with free-ranging views of the surrounding contryside. Click here for some pictures.

Registration: Due to the capacity of the Palazzone lecture room, the conference will be by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please contact us at info@cometa2013.org before february 8, 2013. Please include in the email a short abstract of a recent work of yours that you would like to present at the conference. Ph.D. students are welcome to apply, and may include a short motivation letter instead of the abstract. We will select some of the abstracts for contributed talks or for poster sessions, with priority given to younger participants.
